Are You Overwhelmed by Clutter in Your Home or Office?
Clutter and disorganization can significantly impact mental well-being and productivity, ultimately diminishing your quality of life. The chaos of clutter can trigger feelings of anxiety and overwhelm, making it challenging to focus and function efficiently. Studies have shown a clear link between clutter and increased levels of stress hormones. Additionally, a cluttered environment can lead to a constant sense of unease and dissatisfaction, as it impedes the ability to relax and enjoy your surroundings.
Despite these detrimental effects, many people find themselves trapped in a cycle of clutter, unsure of how to break free. The overwhelming task of decluttering and organizing can feel daunting, leading to procrastination and further exacerbating the problem. The lack of knowledge about effective organizing strategies only adds to the frustration. Without clear guidance on where to start or which systems to implement, individuals struggle to regain control over their spaces and their lives, perpetuating a cycle of stress and disarray.

Meet Nicole
Hi! I’m Nicole Gabai, a Certified Virtual Organizing Professional™ with over two decades of hands-on organizing experience.
Growing up in a very disorganized home, I know first-hand the challenges, frustrations, and impact that these have on our lives. At the age of seven, I began creating organized spaces while attending a Montessori school in Paris, France. Later in life, it became my passion! Working in the fast-paced world of TV production, I used my skills to create organizational systems. Later, when I became an actress and a model, I quickly realized that creating sustainable organizing systems was the key to success. Now, being able to understand how freeing it is when your surroundings are organized, I have dedicated my life’s work to creatively helping people gain the skills they need to have a well-organized workplace and home. I am among fewer than 100 people worldwide to become a Certified Virtual Organizing Professional™.
I founded B. Organized in 1999, and am a Golden Circle member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals), as well as a past historian of the South Florida chapter.
I’m also the author of the bestseller The Art of Organizing: An Artful Guide to an Organized Life, a colorful, engaging, and informative book that walks readers through my unique organizing method I’ve used to help clients bring a sense of order and balance into their lives.
My approach sets me apart from other organizing professionals, and my method was dubbed “ingenious” by The Kitchn.
Prior to founding B. Organized, I served in various jobs in TV production at renowned networks like MTV, Nickelodeon, the Orlando Film Commission, and MacGuffin Films in New York City. I received a BFA in Textile Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, attended Parsons School of Design, and worked as a textile designer in New York City for several years.
I have been featured in prestigious media outlets such as TODAY.com, Martha Stewart, Southern Living, AARP, Real Simple, US News & World Report, Forbes, Boston 25 News, and more.
